After several reviews about the Windows 7 I should really do a take on the new Snow Leopard. It's not that I dislike Macs or Apple in general as some might believe after reading several of my older posts, but I just haven’t had a moment to say something positive about them yet. Before anything else, I'd like to justify myself, before I do anymore posts and sound like a pretentious hipster, by doing a spin off of Oscar Wilde: I don't believe in inferior or superior technology; There is only technology that works or technology that doesn't work.

After the huge stream of weighing the pros and cons, mostly the pros of Windows 7, Wired.com comes out with an article of pure cons. I partially feel a bit embarrassed myself because I've been blogging about how wonderful the desktop is despite the other side of the new features that can dwarf that one up side. I'm an eye candy guy and these things matter to me. Yes, I already run Mint on my laptop so there's no need to point me in that direction. The tech magazine lays out the things that have already been said about Windows 7 and how it's going to be a problem and how it already is a problem, but it also tosses in some insight about what we missed about the hyped up OS.

One of the things that you might overlook about your computer is keeping it clean on the outside as well as the inside. Yes, we do give our computer a lot of attention but we also tend to overlook things as basic as cleanliness. People and especially a few of my friends actually just focus on Software improvement, hardware improvement and the general improvement of the area. While software improvement can give you stuff to do on the computer and while hardware can increase the performance of the computer, improving the area where you use it can be summarized into using more comfortable furniture (i.e.

Other than gadgets and video games I absolutely love comics. Call me a kid, but I don't think that will make a difference. What’s the latest news from the Gamescom? From Sony's end, you don't only get a slimmer sexier PlayStation 3, but you also get the digital reader on the PlayStation Portable! With the new digital reader on the PSP, readers and gamers will finally be able to read their favorite comic books on the handheld and have a vast library right in their pocket. One of the major partners that's all set to provide you with your healthy dose is Marvel.

Everyone probably knows what card tricks are right? You pick a card, any card, from a deck and then put it back inside. Once you've put it back in, the person performing the trick will probably ask you to think of your card and then magically pull it out from the deck. Familiar, right? Did that confuse you? Probably not. You might not know how it really happens but there isn't a deep dark mystery to it, it's simply just a magic trick. Now, if you think it isn't worth showing around to your friends and you don't want your multi-billion dollar phone running applications like that, then you should probably be part of the team that screens applications for the app store...

After months of rumors that have literally gotten us nowhere, Gizmodo pops out with the latest and hottest news of the Apple tablet. Basically, you're looking at a really big iPhone that should cost a lot more than the price of an ordinary netbook, coming out at an estimated cost at about $700-900. The Apple tablet should look like an iPhone with a ten inch screen and probably the same buttons, however the design may change between the leak and the actual release date. The top secret Apple baby deserves all the hype that it's getting because all the mystery surrounding it really is interesting.

The Newer Faster Google
This may be very relevant news to a lot of people, although casual users may not feel a drastic change, but Google has announced and released their new search engine. The search giant dubbed their new baby Caffeine, which should be much faster and should deliver the results that you want to see and sort out the junk that you don’t want to see. Now while this may not bother most people, it should mean a great deal to anyone whose business relies on their searchability. So this goes out to anyone whose business is already on the internet, which is to say, is a whole lot of people and practically everyone who uses the internet from web developers to online dating services.

Break Free From The Restrictions Of The Iphone 3g
I've been hearing a lot of aching over the iPhone 3G on and off the web. Not only is it expensive but it is horribly very restricted. I know that a smart phone can be a very handy thing and very convenient, but as attached as I am to technology, I just don't see the it as something other than contacting people that I need to contact. I constantly bring my netbook with me. This is why I think buying an expensive phone with oodles of features would inevitably be redundant and irrelevant, but then that's just me.

Features Of The Windows 7 Desktop
I guess there's a lot to say about Windows 7 because I'm doing another take on the much anticipated Microsoft baby. I've been reading a bunch of feedbacks from everyone else who's tried the beta version of Windows 7 and the general notion is that it will be way better than Vista and it will be the step-up that Vista wasn't. I guess that's pretty much a given considering how a lot of people turned back to Windows XP when they got really tired of how Vista worked, but I personally think it wasn't all that bad.

Dead Pixels On Everyone's Monitors
I'm sure this may come as a surprise to you, or it might not all the same, but I know that your monitor is on the glitch. That's right. I know that right at this very moment, as you're reading my blog post you’re looking at an LCD monitor with dead pixels all over the screen. Yes, I know it's happening to you because it's happening to thousands of people all over the country and probably all over the world. If you don't see any blank pixels on your computer monitor then it’s probably new or it wasn't built in the last two years.
