The Pspgo

The PSP is one of my favorite things from Sony. It can practically do anything I want it to do on the go other than be a mobile phone. Soon it's going to store all my marvel comic books for me and pretty soon, it's probably going to be my sole Comic book reading platform. But the thing is, PSPgo is coming out this week and we all really have to know: Are we going to buy the smaller, sexier version? It wouldn't be that hard a question if it actually did have all the capabilities that the PSP had, but that 's just the thing.

2 Applications To Improve Your Facebook

So the other day I posted 3 easy tips to personalize your Facebook account; in retrospect, I don't think that they were incredibly helpful and I don't think they change your experience of using it. But if you think that it was a good start then I've got lot's more where that came from. After a little digging with Google, I found a couple of applications that really can change your experience as a user. I've tried these out myself and I personally think that it's made things easier for me as a whole, so I hope that you can use it to.

3 Easy Tips To Personalize Your Facebook Page

Considering that I put up a post about how we shouldn't use Facebook all the time, I think that this post might be contradicting what I posted the last time, but what the hey? I think that people should know how to show off with nifty internet tricks. If you think that an application doesn't really have a real practical purpose but you think it's awesome anyway, you should definitely show it off to your friends anyway because who knows when you get to do it again. It'll be especially sweeter if you have a friend who's pretty techie but doesn't really explore his Facebook account.

The Bad Thing About Facebook

I've been going over the feeds that I put up on my Twitter account and read some pretty disturbing news about Facebook. No, it's not some obscene scandal about the social networking website but some food for thought no less. It might be a sign of the times, but I'll let you decide when you take a look at what my link led to. It doesn't seem unusual to encounter a careless or for this matter, a very unintelligent person, but there are people like that. And I'm not talking about criminals. People today are pretty engrossed with the internet.

Simple Maintenance Tips For Your Laptop

Laptops can be hell to take care of. If you can constantly upgrade your desktop parts so that you'll never have to buy a new desktop, you can't replace every part of your laptop. Most of them don't even last very long. Never mind that the battery doesn't last as long as it used to or if it's functional at all. As it is, you're spending a whole lot of money on a piece of technology that'll have a lifetime of 5 years tops and will be outdated a year and a half after its release. Speaking in technological terms, that's a pretty good deal considering that you should rotate a car every 3 years, but then we're not speaking in technological terms.

Presenting The Zune Hd

There are rants all over the web about the iPod Touch not getting the cam that it was RUMORED to be getting. I find it strange that these people feel betrayed since they were never really promised one in the first place. There's a lot of rage all around. Even Hitler is angry about it. The icing on the cake is that people take this as a sign to switch over to Zune HD. The thing is, we don't know exactly how good the Zune HD is... until now. Provided that we're still yet to experience how good the iPod Touch is, and to some extent we should probably take Nano into consideration, people can do a rough comparison on how the new iPod Touch can affect user experience compared to the Zune.

Give Opera 10 A Chance

There are a bunch of really great browsers out there. Although I personally use Google Chrome as my default browser, I think that Opera 10 is one of the browsers worth trying out ultimately. You might find yourself making it your default browser. As a chrome user myself I don't feel all that alien to Opera 10 because some of its features are pretty similar. Chrome users might find the transition between browsers easy. The first similarity that you'll find is the speed dial page. It should look like Chrome's thumbnail page except that it doesn't show the recently and frequently visited web pages.

A Couple Of Useful And Convenient Stuff From The App Store

Anyone who's gone to the iPhone app store knows that there are millions of applications to choose from. Some of them might are yet to be discovered wonders and some of them can be extremely useless. There are those that are extremely familiar to us and there are those that just pass unseen before our eyes because we don't recognize them and we don't want to spend on something that might be potentially be useless. How can you tell that what the good iPhone apps are without buying them? Most people just look at what the other guy's got and see if that works for them, sometimes without any real proof that it is something THAT good.

Rumors Are Rumors: No Cam For The Ipod Touch

This is not another rumor, this is for real. There won't be a camera on the iPod touch. This is probably the biggest bummers to come out of Apple this month but it’s off set by the triumphant and heartfelt return of Steve Jobs. What does this mean? No cam on the iPod touch could mean a lot of things but I doubt that technological incompetence is one of them. As it is, they probably can put one on it, but that just means either a more expensive iPod Touch or a cam that takes very poor pics. I'm sure that a lot of people might not mind the poor quality, but Apple is all about quality control.

Wanna Buy A Laptop? Don't.

With the Snow Leopard out on the market and Windows 7 coming out on October, I think it's time we updated our buying list. A lot of people want to have the cheapest solution available, but they don't want to be ripped off. You might want to put price above quality, especially in times of recession, but let's face it, quality comes at a price. Although there's nothing wrong with getting a second hand laptop, you should really think about getting something new to support the Windows 7 and Snow Leopard. If you've been ignoring all the news about Windows 7, then you need to listen now.
