At the end of the day, we ought to give credit to where credit is due, and I believe that a lot of credit should be given to Apple for conquering the decade in many ways. In the past ten years the company has done great contributions to the technological world, not only enriching the world of entertainment but revolutionizing it.
To think that over a decade ago Apple was at an all-time low that even Microsoft had to buy their stock. No one expected that in after a few short years, the under dog would release one of the most influential gadgets of the decade.
The from the original iPod to the iPod mini that gave us the click wheel, to the cheap Shuffle to the iPod Video; Apple presented a new benchmark for all portable media players to put themselves up against.

With the new year around the corner, there are a lot of gadgets to be anticipated. The amount of gadgets that leading companies have pushed out in the past decade, newer gadgets and breakthroughs in technology should increase exponentialy in the coming years. As for next year, there's a fair share of gadgets that should keep our hunger satiated for newer more exciting things.
In Microsoft's corner we have Project Natal for Xbox and their two faced tablet: Courier. Xbox Project Natal has been building up it's hype since mid-2009. Altought no news has been heard of it lately, it's bound to revolutunize not only the gaming industry, but interaction with technology as a whole.

You might have seen these on TV or on youtube, but there's no denying that cell phone service providers are on an all out war with each other for your subscription. Each one of them deals their own low blows all the while stating that they provide the best service there is. The people that suffer the most are the subscribers that want to know which one actually is the best. The problem with trying to marketing something is that you over exaggerate the facts so much so that you don't get the right facts and you don't get to see the downside of subscribing to a single carrier.

Not only do we get great smartphones like the iPhone or Android but now we're getting the Google smartphone. They've been a rumor before but now it's official, the phone is coming out early in 2010, a bit of a let down since it could have been released in the holiday seasons but, we'll get what we can take.
Reportedly, the phone won't be produced by Google, but it will carry their brand name. All the manufacturing will be done by some Korean manufacturing company. It should be good to see their vision of how a smartphone should be; I mean take a look at what they did with Chrome.

If you've seen Disney Pixar's Wall-E, you might come to believe that technology has it in for us. because we build machines to do all the work for us, we soon forget that we can do some of the manual labor ourselves and in turn we take our body for granted. We might think that as long as we have the brains to build something to take care of our manual labor for us, we might as well let the machine do it because, let's face it, that's what they were built to do. Pretty soon we avoid walking a few blocks to work because the bus stops by the place anyway.

I think I've found the most beautiful thing that Microsoft has ever come up with. Well, maybe Project Natal will probably the most amazing thing that Microsoft has ever come up with, but this one is the latest leak to hit the net. So now we know more about the tablet Courier; what it's supposed to look like and what it can potentially do. The only snag is that there isn't any official statement yet. This is just a leak. What we have now is an idea of what it might come out as, but things are still subject to change and we can hope that all the changes will be to expand it's range of abilities rather than to limit the stuff that it already does.
The video itself is really self explanatory.

The Pspgo
The PSP is one of my favorite things from Sony. It can practically do anything I want it to do on the go other than be a mobile phone. Soon it's going to store all my marvel comic books for me and pretty soon, it's probably going to be my sole Comic book reading platform. But the thing is, PSPgo is coming out this week and we all really have to know: Are we going to buy the smaller, sexier version? It wouldn't be that hard a question if it actually did have all the capabilities that the PSP had, but that 's just the thing.

Presenting The Zune Hd
There are rants all over the web about the iPod Touch not getting the cam that it was RUMORED to be getting. I find it strange that these people feel betrayed since they were never really promised one in the first place. There's a lot of rage all around. Even Hitler is angry about it. The icing on the cake is that people take this as a sign to switch over to Zune HD. The thing is, we don't know exactly how good the Zune HD is... until now. Provided that we're still yet to experience how good the iPod Touch is, and to some extent we should probably take Nano into consideration, people can do a rough comparison on how the new iPod Touch can affect user experience compared to the Zune.

A Couple Of Useful And Convenient Stuff From The App Store
Anyone who's gone to the iPhone app store knows that there are millions of applications to choose from. Some of them might are yet to be discovered wonders and some of them can be extremely useless. There are those that are extremely familiar to us and there are those that just pass unseen before our eyes because we don't recognize them and we don't want to spend on something that might be potentially be useless. How can you tell that what the good iPhone apps are without buying them? Most people just look at what the other guy's got and see if that works for them, sometimes without any real proof that it is something THAT good.

Rumors Are Rumors: No Cam For The Ipod Touch
This is not another rumor, this is for real. There won't be a camera on the iPod touch. This is probably the biggest bummers to come out of Apple this month but it’s off set by the triumphant and heartfelt return of Steve Jobs. What does this mean? No cam on the iPod touch could mean a lot of things but I doubt that technological incompetence is one of them. As it is, they probably can put one on it, but that just means either a more expensive iPod Touch or a cam that takes very poor pics. I'm sure that a lot of people might not mind the poor quality, but Apple is all about quality control.
