 After months of rumors that have literally gotten us nowhere, Gizmodo pops out with the latest and hottest news of the Apple tablet. Basically, you're looking at a really big iPhone that should cost a lot more than the price of an ordinary netbook, coming out at an estimated cost at about $700-900. The Apple tablet should look like an iPhone with a ten inch screen and probably the same buttons, however the design may change between the leak and the actual release date. The top secret Apple baby deserves all the hype that it's getting because all the mystery surrounding it really is interesting.

For instance, we now know that the new device is going to act as a secondary screen for the iMac and the MacBook, but then there isn't any clear detail about what OS the tablet is going to run. We're all playing into the mystery hype but then the company has always had an air of mystery in it. I remember reading something a while back about a dedicated Apple site that had the best current updates of the latest Apple products and when the products should be released. It went on for a while but I guess it suddenly became too good. Apple was suddenly knocking on the site owner's door suing him for everything he's leaked.
This new update is probably some planned leakage but then I should give the benefit of the doubt to the people that put their necks out and risked giving us the precious gossip. Although a lot has already been divulged, there's still some mystery in the air. For instance: what is the new tablet going to be called? It's safe to say that it won't be something horribly tasteless. As simple as Apple names are, they seem to sum up everything about what the gizmo is. I’m just glad that there’s actually some authentication. People were considering that it was all but a myth but recent developments have proven them wrong. Considering that being a secondary monitor is the tablet’s best feature so far (I hope it’s going to be wireless), the device should start a new computing experience for e mobile user. The device itself looks cool. Never mind that it looks like an iPhone, it looks thinner and it has more processing power. OS probably isn’t going to be an issue since I doubt that it will run anything other than OSX since it really is targeted at MacBooks and iMacs. There are doubts whether the tablet can be released by the holiday season, but then there’s still a lot of time before then and it’ll be the shiniest little toy to receive this year. The company should change their motto to turning the world into a sleeker and sexier place to live in.
